Multiple: 2+1

MB = make bobble - work (p1, k1, p1, k1) into next stitch; pass the 2nd, 3rd and 4th sts over the first st on right needle

Row 1 (rs): knit

Row 2: k1 *MB, k1

Row 3: knit

Row 4: k2 *MB, k1; rep from *, end k1

Repeat these four rows for the pattern.
